1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • For bulk or custom orders, additional processing time may be required. We will inform you accordingly.

2. Delivery Time & Methods

  • Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery to East Malaysia or remote areas may take 5–10 working days

  • For large or heavy items, we may use dedicated logistics or lorry transport; we will coordinate with you directly.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Exact charges will be displayed at checkout or quoted separately for bulk orders.

4. Self-Collection

  • Self-collection is available at our warehouse:
    5, Jalan Utama 2/20, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided (where applicable) once your order has been shipped.

  • For large orders delivered via lorry, we will provide estimated delivery time and contact you before dispatch.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Public holidays, weather, or unforeseen courier issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
