At Wai Shing Steel, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging and documentation (e.g., invoice or delivery order) must be included.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or cut-to-size steel products

  • Special order or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for defective or wrong items delivered. Kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We may request photo evidence for verification purposes.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
